Boho Carrot Cake – moist carrot layers, jam-packed with nuts, coconut, and dried stone fruits, apple and pineapple. Perfect with a classic vanilla bean cream cheese frosting.

The Boho Persian Collection
My own recipes inspired by aromatic and nutty recipes from the Middle East but with a British twist! These sponges are made with ground almonds or pistachio and a small amount of organic flour. The almonds add a richness and texture to your cake layers and bake beautifully with fresh seasonal fruits and berries.
